The Inner World Success Leader is for those who are new to leadership — whether that’s self-leadership in your own life or stepping into a professional role as a coach or mentor. This level is all about building from the inside out. You’ll learn how to shift identity, rewire beliefs, and create real, lasting transformation — first within yourself, then with your clients. Through the three core modules — The Inner World, The Coaching Basis, and The Success Coach — you’ll master how to run powerful coaching sessions and create containers that lead to rapid, sustainable results by addressing the root: who we believe we are.
In The Soulful Leader Training, we go deep into the human psyche and unlock the true potential within. You’ll learn why you — and your clients — operate the way you do, how to compassionately decode past patterns, and how to create powerful shifts in the present. Using tools like NLP, you’ll understand how unconscious language, emotions, behaviors, and internal states shape reality — and most importantly, how to change them. The main difference is the level of depth and access you receive. In Level 2, you’ll go beyond the foundations of Level 1 and dive into advanced therapeutic modalities like NLP, EFT, Hypnosis, and Trigger-Informed Coaching — giving you the tools to confidently work with the subconscious mind, both in yourself and your clients. You’ll also unlock the additional module Outer World, expanding your leadership power, emotional intelligence, business knowledge and overall impact, in Level 2.
